Compared with the LTUH90, this paver has several advantages:
First, the telescopic width is larger: the unilateral hydraulic expansion range is expanded from 1.25 meters to 1.50 meters, which makes the total expansion range from 3 to 5.5 meters to 3-6 meters, and the adaptability is better.
Second, the rigidity of the whole machine is better: on the basis of increasing the telescopic width to 6 meters, the rigidity of the telescopic seat and the telescopic frame is strengthened, the working rigidity of the screed is improved as a whole, and the paving layer can be better guaranteed. Flatness and compactness quality.
Third, the hammer mechanism is more optimized: each hammer plate is driven by a separate drive, the shaft drive makes the driving force acting on the hammer plate smaller, the force is more uniform and stable. The original belt drive mechanism was eliminated, and the hydraulic motor was directly driven. The structure was more compact and the maintenance was simpler.
Fourth, the vibration effect is better: Because each screed box is equipped with a separate vibrator and tamper mechanism, the vibration force is more uniform, which can better ensure the ironing effect.
5. The height adjustment of the screed telescopic box is more labor-saving and intuitive.
Sixth, the connection is faster: the number of bolts of the screed is reduced, and the relative position of the two screeds can be accurately positioned when lengthened, thereby greatly reducing the labor intensity of the on-site assembly and achieving the effect of rapid assembly.
7. Heating is more uniform and fast: the combustion system is increased from 6 combustion chambers to 8 units. Each screed box is equipped with a combustion box for more uniform and rapid heating.
