The decobalted solution is a 1:3 nitric acid aqueous solution, and then ultrasonically cleaned in acetone for 10 min. The cleaning work is extremely important before the substrate is applied. Due to the short history of superhard material coating technology, it is still developing. I believe it will be more perfect than the ceramic coating technology.
