(II) Analysis of processing technology of hydraulic cylinder

The hydraulic cylinder is a typical long sleeve part, which is quite different from the processing method of the short sleeve part and the mounting method of the workpiece.

1. Technical condition and process analysis of hydraulic cylinder

The hydraulic cylinders are generally made of cast iron and seamless steel. Figure 7-68 shows a hydraulic cylinder with seamless steel tube material. In order to ensure the smooth movement of the piston in the hydraulic cylinder, there is a cylindricity requirement for the inner hole of the hydraulic cylinder, and there is a straightness requirement for the inner bore axis. There is a perpendicularity requirement between the inner bore axis and the end faces, and the inner bore axis supports the both ends. The axis of the circle (Φ82h6) has coaxiality requirements. In addition, special requirements are required: the inner hole must be smooth and free of longitudinal engraving; if it is cast iron material, it is required to be tightly organized, without blisters, pinholes and looseness.
