The main construction contents include purchase and installation of mining and processing equipment, main plant, office building, port construction, etc. The infrastructure period is 2 years. The mining capacity of the project is 1.485 million t/a and the service period is 11 years. After the completion of production, the annual sales income will be 240.82 million Canadian dollars, and the after-tax profit will be 94.69 million Canadian dollars.
Royal Canadian Mining was completed in May 2010 by Jean Canada Mining Investment Company, a joint venture between Jean-Indone and its Canadian subsidiary Goldbrook. In 2001, Royal Mining began exploration and prospecting, and discovered 10 nickel deposits such as TK, Mesamax, and Kehoe. The total resources were 25.34 million tons of ore, 228,000 tons of nickel metal, and 277,000 tons of copper metal. Other newly discovered four deposits also have great potential for development.
The Nunavik project has undergone some development and construction prior to the acquisition of the Zine Nickel Industry. Due to the economic crisis, the Royal Mining Group suspended construction in August 2008 and the mine has entered a maintenance state.
