We will vigorously promote the application of e-commerce, strengthen the key technologies of the Internet of Things and apply them, preemptively deploy mobile Internet, and support Tencent and other Internet operators to become bigger and stronger, and build Shekou Internet Valley Internet industry base. By 2015, the scale of the Internet industry will reach 200 billion yuan.

Improve information service support capabilities. Relying on the National Supercomputing Shenzhen Center, it integrates storage resources and computing resources to create an application-oriented urban public cloud computing platform. Build the Internet of Things sensor information network platform, IOT information exchange platform and application resource sharing service platform. Support operators to speed up the construction of information service infrastructure such as high-end data centers, large-scale hosting centers, and network operation centers. Actively strive to open a dedicated channel for international communications and improve the Internet's international access capabilities. Focus on the implementation of the following four major projects of information construction:
