The 2015 Saint-Gobain Abrasives National Sales Conference with the theme of “2014 to 2015, from Excellence to Excellence†was successfully held in Haikou from December 17th to 19th. The Saint-Gobain Abrasives business operation team, product department, representatives from the factory and R&D team, and Mr. Christian Moreau, Vice President of Abrasives Asia Pacific attended the meeting to review 2014 and Imagine 2015. 
The team building on the afternoon of the 17th opened the prelude to this sales meeting. All the participants were randomly grouped together, and the carefully arranged activities such as the phalanx confrontation, the thorns and thunder, and the team sand sculptures gave the Saint-Gobain colleagues from different departments and regions a chance to get in touch and understand each other. In the competition of the team sand sculpture, the teams made their own imaginations around the theme of “Saint Gobain rooted in China for 20 years†and created many wonderful works. The whole group building activities were fully invested, which greatly enhanced the team's cohesiveness.
On the 17th, the dinner was based on the theme of “superheroesâ€. All the participants took the department as the unit and carefully designed the show to make their appearances come to the fore.
In the sales meeting on the 18th and 19th, the sales team of each department and market segment of the business team reviewed 2014, and summarized the achievements, and actively responded to the challenges brought by fierce competition, so that in 2015 We can better intensively cultivate and deepen the Chinese market, and further expand the market with products that meet market needs. The general manager of each product department will briefly describe the operation status of the plant and the new products to be listed next year. These new products will inject new impetus into the development of the market, expansion of channels and improvement of performance in 2015. At the dinner on the 18th, the outstanding teams and individuals in 2014 received the company's recognition and awards. It was their outstanding achievements that played the 2014 growth theme.
