One use This machine is mainly used for uniform and quantitative transportation of block materials between short breaks and classifications in mining and kiln industries. The bulk density of the material to be conveyed is not more than 2400kg/m3. The large material particle size is 300-400mm (for the specifications of B800～1250 board machine) and 300-550mm (for the specification of B1600～2500 board machine), the block weight does not exceed 500Kg. This machine is mostly used for uniform feeding of raw material warehouse or funnel to crushing machinery, roasting kiln, etc. It can be installed horizontally or obliquely, and the large inclined angle is not more than 20°.

Installation The installation of the equipment is mainly divided into two parts: the drive frame and the machine frame, and the bottom surface is on the same plane. When installing, first fix the frame part of the trigger, and then determine the position of the drive frame according to the combination of the drive shaft and the half coupling on the reducer. When the machine is installed at an inclined position, the transmission should be installed horizontally to prevent normal lubrication from being affected by tilting.
4. Use and maintenance When the installation work is completed, the fixed part of the equipment, the electrical parts (including the grounding wire), the transmission mechanism, the lubrication part, etc. must be carefully checked. After confirming the error, first run the no-load operation, after the operation is normal. , and then officially put into use. Always pay attention to and check the following parts during work, and find problems in a timely manner.
1 The tension of the chain should be appropriate and can be adjusted with a tension device if necessary.
2 Chains must not have significant deflection.
3 The oil supply to the lubrication part should be kept in good condition.
4 Whether there are abnormal sounds and abnormal working phenomena in all parts.
The maintenance period of each major part is carried out according to the following regulations.
(1) The motor is carried out in accordance with the maintenance requirements specified by the motor.
(2) The speed reducer is inspected once every six months, and the casing and rolling bearings are cleaned and the lubricating oil is replaced.
(3) Each oil hole is refueled once per shift.
