The retractor is suitable for the flat traction of various rescues:

(1) Rescue the trapped persons during the demolition and structural adjustment;

Section 1 Safety Operation Procedures

1. Before lifting or pulling should be carefully examined retractor two hooks firmly fixed to the stability, traction rope is intact, everything is ready to work, before lifting and pulling.

Puller operation steps are as follows:

1. Open the ratchet

After pressing the red button on the handle of the retractor (see Figure 1-2 ), the stop pawl at the other end of the handle control can be completely disengaged from the ratchet (see Figure 1-3 ).

2. Pull out the cable

There is a spring-controlled trigger on the bottom of the retractor (see Figure 1-4 at the finger).

Pull back the bottom spring-controlled trigger (see Figure 1-5 ) and pull the cable out freely, see Figure 1-6 .

3. Lock ratchet, spring mechanism reset

After pulling the cable to a suitable length, release the spring trigger and check if it is locked. Raise the red button at the handle so that the limit pawl controlled by the handle is engaged with the ratchet wheel. Carefully check the above two points to confirm the locking before the following pulling work can be performed.

4. Fixed retractor

The manual puller head hook is fixed or hung on the fixed object, if necessary, it can be connected with a steel wire rope or cable chain that can withstand the same tonnage, as shown in Figure 1-7 .

Hang the hook on the other end to the object that needs to be lifted or pulled, as shown in Figure 1-8 .

5. Implementation of pull operation

Push the handle forward, pull it up and press it backwards (see Figure 1-10 ). This action is repeated to tighten the rope, pull or lift the object being pulled.

6. Release the connection

After pulling is completed, repeat the pressing of the red handle button and the spring trigger in the above No. 1 No. 2 to cause the wire rope to completely relax. At this time, all connections are unlocked after unhooking.

7. Withdraw the retractor

First of all, repeat the operation of No. 3 - to lock the ratchet and reset the spring mechanism. A certain force is applied to the hook end of the wire rope (see Fig. 1-11 ), and the other person performs the operation of pulling back and forth in No. 5 to fully tighten the puller wire rope.

After each use of the device, the surface should be wiped clean (a soft, wet cloth can be used when cleaning the surface). After the surface is completely dry, it should be stored in the designated position in the case.
