Generally speaking, we should pay attention to the following points from the point of view:
1. SKF bearing clearance should be appropriate; too large impact; too small, smooth and poor; able to burn tile.
2. The quality and several shapes of SKF bearings and journals should be strictly ensured.
3. Improve smooth quality; control oil pressure, temperature and flow; strengthen oil filtration.
4. Control the temperature condition of the diesel engine; in the case of overcooling and overheating, the operation is helium. Cold weather; the diesel engine should be preheated before starting; and the crankshaft is changed by hand to make the oil enter the friction surface.
5. Use qualified fuel and smooth oil.
