Membrane irrigation and fertilization integration technology

At present, the majority of farmers are preparing for the cultivation of winter melons and vegetables, selecting varieties, breeding seedlings, purchasing materials, and building greenhouses. The use of thermal insulation facilities to plant winter crops has a greater effect on increasing annual income and efficiency of agriculture. The common insulation measures for growing fruits and vegetables in winter are mulching and building greenhouses. But after the mulch is covered, how to irrigate? How to apply fertilizer? Hangzhou Xiongwei Agricultural Engineering Co., Ltd. has developed a new water-saving technology for integrated irrigation under fertilization. The investment in this technical facility is not large, and it is very convenient to install and use, saving labor and time. Using this technology can save irrigation water (80% water saving) and increase fertilizer efficiency (50% fertilizer).
The integrated system of under-film irrigation and fertilization consists of a submersible PUMP, a venturi fertiliser, a water conveyance belt, a three-way, a four-way, a direct and a micro-irrigation belt. The micro-irrigation belt is a black plastic hose belt, and there are two side-by-side water outlet holes every 20 cm, which can simultaneously fill two rows of crops with a row spacing of 30-50 cm. The water delivery belt is a black plastic hose belt with no water outlet, mainly for delivering water to the micro-irrigation belt. The three-way, four-way and direct connection are connected pipes, which can be connected to the micro-irrigation belt and the water conveyance belt, and can also be used for the self-connection of the micro-irrigation belt or the water conveyance belt. The Venturi Fertilizer can draw the dissolved fertilizer into the water pipeline and drip it along the water belt and micro-irrigation belt to the root of the crop. The submersible pump can be placed directly in a water source such as a ditch, a pool or a shallow well. The low-pressure pumping is usually a single-phase power supply. At the water inlet of the submersible pump, it should be sealed with a strainer to prevent debris, sludge, etc. from entering the water pump and pipeline to prevent clogging.
In use, it should be noted that: (1) The length of a micro-irrigation zone can not exceed 40 meters, otherwise the water output from the end of the micro-irrigation zone is very small, which does not meet the standard requirements. The micro-irrigation water outlet should face upwards. (2) When irrigating, close the applicator straw switch and open the irrigation valve. (3) When fertilizing, close the irrigation valve and open the applicator straw switch. After the fertilization is completed, the pipe should be cleaned with irrigation water and the remaining fertilizer in the pipe should be rinsed clean. (4) The water source should be cleaned, the filter screen should be cleaned frequently, and the pipeline should be flushed to prevent blockage. (5) After the irrigation period is over, the pipeline should be cleaned, and the pipe fittings, micro-irrigation belt, water conveyance belt, submersible electric pump, fertiliser, etc. should be cleaned and stored.
