The new data from China Customs show that China imported 38,600 tons of aluminum strips in June and imported 207,600 tons from January to June, accumulating 20.05% year-on-year. In June, China exported 0.62 million tons of aluminum strips. From January to June, it exported 29,000 tons, an increase of 11.57% year-on-year. The number of aluminum strips imported by China from South Korea, Japan and Taiwan in June was 13,500 tons, 0.62 million tons and 5,100 tons respectively. The number of exports to Hong Kong, Germany and South Korea were 974 tons, 732 tons and 698 tons, respectively. The import methods mainly include general trade, feed processing and processing of incoming materials. The quantities are 24,000 tons, 0.9 million tons and 0.4 million tons respectively.
