Hangzhou Xiaohong Construction Group Aluminum Profile Processing Project Settled in Lotus

On the evening of December 18th, in the Lotus Town People's Government meeting room, when the Mayor of Lotus Town, You Rongfu, and Yu Xianfu, chairman of Hangzhou Xiaohong Construction Group, signed the investment agreement, a warm applause broke out in the conference room. City leaders Wu Tiemin, Gao Guofei, Lianhua Town Party Committee Secretary Qiu Yunfen, and relevant departmental leaders and Hangzhou Xiaohong Group representatives shook hands with each other to celebrate this important moment. The signing of the investment agreement marks the end of the year in 2007 when Lotus Town successfully introduced a large-scale investment project.

The project is an aluminum profile processing project invested by Hangzhou Xiaohong Construction Group with a total investment of 150 million yuan. It has acquired more than 80 acres of land and is designed to produce 50,000 tons of aluminum profiles per year. According to the agreement, the project will be completed and put into operation within two years. It is expected that the annual output value will reach 1 billion yuan and the annual profit and tax will be 80 million yuan.

The Lianhua Town’s successful investment promotion work in 2007 has achieved satisfactory results. As of November, the actual domestic capital in place was RMB 52.22 million, and 121.1% of the annual plan was completed, an increase of 37.4% over the same period of the previous year. The town party committee and the government have always attached importance to attracting investment and organized personnel with strong business abilities and high quality to set up special teams for investment attraction. And actively cooperate with the municipal party committee and the municipal government's thinking, such as the introduction of the relocation of enterprises in Hangzhou, and the docking of Yiwu commercial circle.
