“Sand-plate automatic CNC manufacturing center” belongs to the Mianyang Zhongyao limited liability company's self-selected research and development project, and was included in the first batch of science and technology support plan projects in Sichuan Province in 2011 (Chongcai Education [2011] No. 22). This project mainly uses PLC as the control core, integrates artificial intelligence into all aspects of the manufacturing process and information integration, including human-machine interface, servo amplification, servo motor, detection sensor, solenoid valve and so on. The PLC collects the change signal during the action of the actuator through the sensor, and performs the calculation through the CPU, and outputs the corresponding signal to control the actuator (servo system, etc.), intelligently realizes the automation of more than 30 original manual stations, and achieves efficient and intelligent production. The project R&D design includes product process route and process parameter design optimization, and control system design. In the process of design and development, using PLC motion control, laser detection and positioning, multi-axis linkage servo control and other technologies, the system of equipment unit control, transmission, detection and feedback and feedback was designed, and the constant temperature and constant pressure quantitative positioning sizing was independently researched and developed. System, the cutting length and width can be set arbitrarily, the cutting angle, positioning, constant pressure sheet planting system, sand disc roundness shaping system, can achieve stable production of 18 sand discs per minute ( 72 pages Ф 100 sand pages) production efficiency.

The project has obvious technical advantages and has independent intellectual property rights. At present, the project has directly formed 16 patents (including 4 invention patents, 8 utility model patents, and 4 invention patents have been accepted by the State Intellectual Property Office).
