During the process of using and debugging the servo system, various unexpected disturbances may occur from time to time, especially for the application of pulsed servo motors. The following types of interference and the ways of generation are analyzed from several aspects. In this way, it will achieve the purpose of targeted anti-interference and hope to study together.

First, from the space - radiation interference

The most effective measure for radiation interference is metal shielding. Space radiated electromagnetic fields are mainly generated by power networks, lightning, radio broadcasts, and radars, and are commonly referred to as radiated interference.

The influence mainly depends on two paths: one is direct radiation to the internal servo, and the circuit is induced to cause interference; the other is radiation to the servo communication network, which is induced by the communication line. The probability of such interference is relatively small, and is generally protected by providing a shielded cable.

An effective measure for conducted interference is to use a power filter, isolated power supply, shielded cable, and reasonable and reliable grounding to solve the problem.

Second, there are three main types of conducted interference.

(1) Interference from power supply

Practice has proved that the servo control system is faulty due to the interference introduced by the power supply, and is generally solved by adding a voltage regulator, an isolation transformer and the like.

(2) Interference from signal line introduction

There are two kinds of information channels for such interference. One is the power grid interference that is transmitted through the power supply of the transmitter or the power supply of the shared signal meter. This is often overlooked. Second, the signal line is interfered by the space electromagnetic radiation, that is, the signal. External inductive interference on the line, which is often very serious.

Interference caused by the signal can cause abnormal operation of the board components, which will cause component damage in severe cases. For systems with poor isolation performance, the signals will also interfere with each other, causing the common system bus to reflow, causing logical data changes, misoperations and crashes.

The control system is damaged by the introduction of interference from the signal, which causes a lot of damage to the internal components. Such interference often occurs in application cases where the signal distance is long, and the method of adding relay isolation is often used to shield the induced voltage and solve the interference problem.

(3) Interference from grounded system chaos

It is well known that it is one of the effective means to improve the anti-interference of the motor. The correct grounding can not only suppress the external interference of the device, but the wrong grounding will introduce a serious interference signal, so that the system can not work normally.

Generally speaking, the ground of the control system includes system ground, shield ground, AC ground and protection ground. If the grounding system is chaotic, the interference to the servo system is mainly the uneven distribution of potential at each grounding point, and the ground potential exists between different grounding points. Poor, causing ground loop current, affecting the normal operation of the system.

For example, both ends A and B of the cable shielding layer are grounded, and there is a ground potential difference, and a current flows through the shielding layer. When an abnormal condition such as a lightning strike occurs, the ground current will be larger. In addition, the shielding layer, the grounding wire and the earth may constitute a closed loop. Under the action of the changing magnetic field, an induced current may appear in the shielding layer to interfere with the signal loop.

If the system ground and other grounding treatments are confusing, the generated ground circulation may generate an unequal potential distribution on the ground line, which affects the normal operation of the servo circuit. The key to solving such interference is to distinguish the grounding method and provide good grounding performance for the system.

Three? From the internal interference of the system

Mainly caused by the mutual electromagnetic radiation between the internal components of the system and the circuit, such as the mutual radiation of the logic circuit, the interaction between the analog ground and the logic ground, and the mismatch between the components.

Summary: For the problem of servo motor, the actual working conditions of the site should be more complicated. It can only be analyzed specifically for specific problems. In the case of interference problems, consider installing anti-interference magnetic ring and checking whether the grounding is good or not!
