“Rock Rock Industry Access Requirements” requires that clean fuels should be used for newly built and reconstructed rock wool projects, that furnace gas should not be used, and that electric furnaces should be encouraged; automatic control technology should be used for newly built and rebuilt rock wool projects; new construction and expansion of rock For cotton projects, the comprehensive energy consumption per ton of products must not exceed 450 kg of standard coal. If the rock wool project that has already been put into operation does not meet the above requirements, it shall pass technical transformation and be reached before the end of 2015.
