2. Positioning of the development of the Internet of Things industry: The ministries still lack consensus. In key technologies, we should aim at “independent control” and encourage “original innovation”, which means that those who use them may lose some opportunities. b. The enterprise will be the main body of innovation and will receive financial and taxation support from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. c. In the application of Internet of Things: "Infrastructure and people's livelihood services" will be the key areas of demonstration projects.

5. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has plans to issue policies: a. Guidance for the development of the IOT industry after coordination among all ministries; b. Special funds for the development of the national Internet of things; c. Investment and financing policies for the development of the Internet of Things, including support for domestic and foreign capital of enterprises. Direct market financing policies; d. Distribution policies and incentives for Internet of Things talents; e. Laws and regulations concerning information security and credit systems for the Internet of Things.

Once it was noisy, today's calm thinking and accurate positioning are necessary stages for the development of China's Internet of Things. This has practical significance for the arrival of the Spring of China's Internet of Things. However, the key lies in the implementation, especially in the articles, which is also the progress and implementation of the five policies that the author believes are worth looking forward to.
