The copper, indium, antimony, and selenium thin-film solar cells studied in this project are compound semiconductor photovoltaic devices with high technical integration, and are the most upstream products of the new generation photovoltaic industry chain. It is now preparing for industrialization. The industrialization of CIS batteries will enable our region's green energy sector to occupy a commanding height again, and the agglomeration effect of green energy in our district will be even more pronounced. The promotion of this technology will establish a new generation of solar cell industry with independent intellectual property rights and continuing R&D capabilities in our district and promote the socio-economic development of the autonomous region.
