The double vane pump, also known as the two-stage vane pump, can be installed in a pump body with two common pressure single-stage vane pumps for higher pressure. It consists of a series connection of oil passages. The rotors of the two single-stage vane pumps are mounted on the same rotating shaft. As the propeller shaft rotates together, the first-stage pump draws oil directly from the fuel tank through the suction pipe, and the output oil is sent to the suction port of the second-stage pump. The output oil of the second stage pump is sent to the position system through the pipeline. Set the oil pressure output by the first stage pump. In order to balance the load of the two pumps in the pump body, a load balancing valve is installed in the middle of the two pumps, and the area ratio is 1:2. When working, when the first stage pump When the flow rate is greater than that of the second stage pump, the oil pressure will increase, pushing the balance valve to the left, and the excess oil output from the first stage pump will flow back to the suction port; similarly, when the flow rate of the second pump is greater than the first stage When the pump is pumped, the balance valve will move to the right and the excess oil output from the second stage pump will flow back to the suction port of the second stage pump. In this way, the load of the two pumps is balanced.
